Overwhelmed by change and transition in your life? Read this!

Let me start by saying – Happy 2024!!
I wish us all an inspiring 2024 where we all rise while staying present and feeling grounded and centred deeply in our hearts, taking each step with a deep sense of empowerment.
2024 started with a bang, with so many of us exhausted before reaching the end of this month.
Many intense changes will continue to unfold this year, fast and very possibly furious, whether we like it or not.

I could feel it in my bones, starting in Q3 of 2023. The last quarter of 2023 was quite heavy, as you may experience it.
Intuitively guided, I created a new offering to support you – UPLIFT’s self-paced online program.
If you are already curious about it now, please watch this video.
Otherwise, allow me to share with you the back story of the birth of this program.

Giving birth to this program is quite a journey for me!
This was seven years in the making.
I started my journey as a subconscious mind reprogrammer in 2016 after I decided to answer my soul calling and say yes to it.

I had a vision of showing up for many people from many parts of the world, supporting them to deeply embody the feeling of love, peace, and freedom.
I even spoke about this to some friends and immediately told them that I didn’t know how to make this vision happen, apart from one thing.
I started with myself first, doing what I could to embody deeper peace, love, and freedom.
So, I did, and I still continue to date.
Included in these seven years are two batches of 14 weeks of supporting young refugees in Indonesia in a pro-bono capacity to heal their traumas and create new goals, healthy habits and lifestyles embodying groundedness, centeredness, presence, focus and empowerment. This happened in 2022 and 2023.
The intent of this young refugee mentoring program was to support them to embody their authentic resilience, which is much needed to deal with such an imaginable situation they are in.
Some of them left their families and homelands unaccompanied in their early teen years. Since then, they have been doing what they can to survive and make a life while waiting for their settlement location. This period is long; some of my mentees have been waiting for eight years.
A few people asked me – how did you do it – working with such heavy emotions and traumas?

My answer to them is that I make sure I stay emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually fit and healthy before, during and after the engagement.
I did many healing sessions before, during, and after the program.
This is the standard I hold myself to in my choice to support others, and it is the same standard I have for any service I offer to all my clients.
I intend to offer something to the world that is built on empowerment and liberation and to do that, I need to be a person who embodies a healthy level of both.
My journey with these young life warriors was so profound.
It deepened my understanding of how to navigate extended periods of uncertainty and keep going in life with hope and dignity.

My soul, mind, heart and body grew so much during these particular periods that when I received the intuitive guidance to start the process of giving birth to this UPLIFT program in October 2023, I was ready!

The UPLIFT program was recorded over a period of 8 weeks with live participants in it. We all were deeply transformed throughout this process, and we are still experiencing the shifts today. You will read their stories about their journey in it soon.

And now, it’s ready for you, too.

…. with so much excitement, let me briefly share what UPLIFT’s self-paced online program is. If you want to know more details about it, watch this video.
UPLIFT’s self-paced online program is to help anyone who wishes to go through the change, transition, or crisis they are in feeling grounded, centred, focused, present and empowered.

This is a deep journey to bring you home to your heart and body, embody your authentic self, and reprogram both your conscious and subconscious minds to help you embody the creative creator you naturally are.

Regardless of the changes you are going through (it can be triggered or connected to your work, relationships, health, money, or anything else), each module of this program will help you transform your state of being at that time into a higher one.
If you did it in a one-to-one setting, this whole program would equate to 24 private sessions with me. UPLIFT’s self-paced program is comprehensive and deep, yet not limited by time.
As you do it, you are in charge of the pace of your process while enjoying the offered structure, content and support.
You can also repeat this program as often as you like.
How come? Because you will change your goal regularly as you grow and the depth of your subconscious mind.
Every time you re-do this program, you also access the deeper layer of your subconscious mind.
UPLIFT self-paced also offers you some important knowledge about transformation and critical skills that you can continue utilizing in the years to come beyond going through the program itself.
Will you be interacting with me as you go through this program?
YES – through the UPLIFT community that you will be invited into.
You will also connect with others in this community on a journey similar to yours.

You will get access to the Group Q&A Zoom (and recorded) sessions where you can bring in your questions, and I’ll do my best to answer them.
As you go through UPLIFT, you will gain a deeper connection with yourself and life WHILE also developing a higher sense of confidence in managing your transformation journey as you will go through this type of journey many times.
When you have decided that you want to go through the transition you are in right now feeling empowered, start today!
This is an investment that keeps on giving, as the people who have completed this program would tell you (their stories will come soon!).
I also offer a payment plan if needed.
Connect here to discuss with me how this program can help you.
I wish us all an empowering time navigating what 2024 will bring (buckle up, Buttercups!). We’ve got this!

What’s the worst thing that can happen to you when you get what you wish for?

“What is the WORST thing that can happen to you when you GET what you WISH for ?”

This is one of the most powerful questions I always ask my clients when they decide to have my support to move towards their fulfilling life.

It is a question that will linger with them for a long time, and the answers will come up at many different times since they start planting this question in their consciousness.

One hundred per cent of the time, the answers brought out deep fear or shame or guilt or all of them that was locked in and buried deep within their heart and body.

Some can pinpoint where such beliefs and emotions may come from, some not because these are unconscious in nature.

Facing these unconscious thoughts, emotions, and beliefs is a crucial part of the deep work for living a fulfilling life.

I invite you to ask yourself this question.

Write it down. Sit with what comes up and acknowledge them with kindness to yourself. Even when it is uncomfortable, as you are connected to this gripping energy, you open up a treasure box that will lead you to what you wish for when you follow them up well.

With love,

The dark and light aspects of living a fulfilling life

“The very center of your heart is where life begins – the most beautiful place on earth.” – Rumi

Living a fulfilling life is both aspirational and daunting.

There are valid reasons why this is so.

I want to be real about it, and this is why I decided to share my point of view about it – to share what can happen when you decide that you want to experience that.

In this podcast episode (watch here and listen here), Julie Grauel and I discussed the dark and the light aspects of living a fulfilling life – the great, the bad and the ugly, sort to speak.

We discussed what a fulfilling life is, why it is daunting and difficult to transform towards it, what made the journey challenging, what can help to keep following through, and what can help to maintain it.

Through it, I unveiled the story behind my journey to describe and bring to life some key and important elements of such a journey.

I intend to help you understand the context of such an important and profound quest, so when or if you are in it right now and somewhat feel defeated by what you encounter in your process, you have a different way to look at your situation and persist.

I HONOUR your courage to allow yourself to either consider or persist in your choice for a fulfilling life.

May this sharing be a comforting companion for you 💖

Up close and personal with Uplift Transformation and Astuti

You are meant to be here. Living a fulfilling life.

With ease.

“What exactly do you do as a Subconscious Mind Reprogrammer?”

“Why do people come to you and not a psychologist or a coach?”

“How would I feel during such a deep process? 2

“What can happen to me during and after the program?”

“Are there tools to do your work?”

These are some questions that many at both dinner parties and discovery calls ask me all the time.

As we chat, they soon realize that the subconscious mind is vast and deep!

It ALWAYS creates lively discussions, especially when I share my clients’ stories (anonymously, with their permission) to bring these to life

I LOVE curiosity. I also realize I have an uncommon job title. I didn’t know it existed until I entered this niche space, either.

Now that I repeated this explanation often, I thought I’d create a video and audio podcast to answer these questions in more depth.

Please join me on this podcast episode if you, too, are curious! 🤗

Welcome to Uplift Transformation’s “black box”.

Julie Grauel kindly asked me questions in a way that would help you to imagine better what Uplift Transformation is about. She also asked me questions about myself that offered a glimpse into who I am.

Enjoy! I welcome additional questions if you still have some 😄

Don’t look for it, truth will always find you.

Don’t look for it; the truth will always find you!

“What is going on in here? I wish I know!”

How often do we say this?

Truth (or a series of them) will find us as we invite it in, consciously or unconsciously, in silence or out loud.

Exercising free will (“I want to know the truth “or “I don’t want to know the truth”) is a part of our experience here as human beings.

Always remember – truth enters our life because we invite it in, and it is wise to be ready to integrate it.

Integrating truth is how we’d shift our situation and how we feel in our lives.

What helps us get ready is by answering the following question and doing it: what do I need to let go of and bring into my consciousness to go through a change with more ease?

Why change? Because when we invite truth to flow in, right now, we are not (yet) living fully connected to it.

Truth’s arrival will trigger a series of changes. That, we can be sure of.

Wishing us all a wonderful experience this week 💖

Love…oh love!

Love… oh love 💖

Even though every day is a love day, I’d like to wish you a day filled with love – for YOURSELF and with your loved ones.

Self-love and self-care have been consistent topics with clients all last week.

Belief reprogramming was needed to help them show up for THEMSELVES with much more LOVE and CARE.

Today, I’d share some thoughts and tips for you to celebrate YOU this week:

HONESTY– can be scary, yet it is also liberating. What more can you do to love yourself than liberate your heart?

The other four tips in the 2nd photo are there to inspire you to care for yourself this week.

Choose one or all of them 😊 ENJOY!

On a personal note:

I started to enjoy sound healing at the end of 2021, which is JUST wonderful 🥰

Go to youtube to try it, or look for someone local to you and experience it. It is amazing!

Have a wonderful Valentine’s day!

With love,

Does your help disempower others?

“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.”
– Maya Angelou

«So, does your help empower or disempower her?”

My world stopped when I heard this question.
It was 2012. My Father passed away suddenly a few months prior, and I intended to support my mother as she grieved. What I experienced was a lot of friction, painful friction, instead.
It was not an understatement that I felt horrified by this question and what I realized.

Immediately, I could see clearly how I supported my mother disempowered her.
How I approached her with a “solution” disturbed her process of connecting with her strengths– the strength that I have always admired and respected.

“Can you see how arrogant you are?” My therapist asked me. “You think you know better.”

With a mixture of peeved and shock, I uttered. “Yes”.
Then tears started to stream down my face.
“I do not mean to disempower nor disrespect my mother. I am very sorry”.

The incredible thing about this was that I could breathe well at that moment. Like I was relieved. I knew the truth was spoken then.

It was true; the whole thing was true. I thought I knew better, and yes, the word for it was “arrogance”.
No, it was not easy to be called arrogant, yet looking at what happened, I was.
I was horrified to discover that my desire to support my mother resulted in disempowerment. I love my mother with all my heart.
I don’t want to disempower people. I also don’t want to disempower myself.
When I disempower others, I actually disempower myself.
This was the beginning of such a humbling inward journey to be more honest with me.
My grief brought me to a deeper understanding of where I was at in my life then. Doors of expansion opened up as I went deeper into myself during this time.
I discovered that underneath my desire to help my mother, I had a deep suppressed fear – the fear of losing my mother.

This was a very familiar fear, a long companion in my life.
My (now late) mother had a chronic illness. Throughout my life, I experienced a few times when she did not feel she could make it. Each time this happened, the fear of losing my mother grew. Over time, this fear was wrapped up in an exquisite packaging of “I am strong, and I can help or fix the situation”. For my young heart, this was more “empowering” than “I am scared my mother is going to die”.

I lived unconsciously in this narrative. I became a “problem solver”; a “crisis manager”; a “destructor and rebuilder”.  It became a part of my identity.

Little did I realize that this came from a debilitating fear of losing my mother at a young age.
The more truthful way to describe the situation was, “I want my mother to be well so I can be well too”.

Then, I started doing the inner work to heal the childhood trauma and unresolved wounds that fed the deep fear of losing my mother. The truth is that human is mortal; everyone that comes here will leave.
Since then, I regularly do a double take whenever I support or help others – I check in with myself about what makes it important for me to do so and how I can do it in an empowering way for both of us. Life has been so much more light and enriching for me since.

Little did I know that such a healing journey also became highly beneficial for my professional life.
A few years later, I chose to change my career direction and started a profession requiring deep interaction with others – helping them move THEMSELVES from fear into safety – within.
This was when I decided to be a catalyst for others – as it is about my client’s life, not mine.

Why am I sharing this with you?

Most of you connected to me through this newsletter tend to be Givers, Helpers and Carers for others. It is a noble choice when it is done in an honest, balanced and empowering way.

This sharing is an invitation for you to reflect on whether the reason and how you show up for others are empowering for you both.
This clarity will change your life for the better. This, I can assure you.

When you discover that there is a fear associated with the role you choose to take on, please, start your healing journey. This would be, hands down, the best investment you’ll ever make in your life.
Take good care of yourself.
Showing up for others can be done in an uplifting way.

Please join me in sending my late mother, Widayati, loving energy as with her support, I could share this lesson with you and make the journey into life with much more love and less fear. Thank you.

With love,

A message from Love: Follow where I flow. It always takes you HOME.

A message from Love – “Follow where I flow. It always takes you HOME.”

Home sweet home – our heart and soul – where fulfilment and joy grow.

As we courageously choose love daily instead of fear, we won’t ever feel lost. Insecure, anxious and nervous, possibly, but never lost.

Yes, the journey home is filled with many lessons and surprises, pleasant and unpleasant. Yet, rest assured, when it is love that we follow, it always leads us to our safest and warmest place – our heart.

Wishing you all a wonderful week filled with love-driven choices 🤗

Transforming physical and emotional pains into PEACE

It was March 2022. I resigned from my job as I desperately needed a break. I knew my body and mind were in so much pain, but I could not tell exactly why.

During the break, I gradually realized I had been ignoring my emotions and, worse, holding so much anger towards my dad. Apparently, I still could not accept the decision he made a decade ago, which to my extreme disappointment, he repeated just the year before.

Since then, his actions always triggered strong negative emotions in me. Over those years, I had tried different ways to heal, yet nothing really worked. I knew my anger constantly tortured me, but I was helpless.

I came to know Astuti from my brother. He shared how she was very helpful in helping him cope with fear. He only shared briefly, but the story stuck with me for days. I had a strong feeling that I should contact Astuti.

Astuti recommended a hypnotherapy session, which surprised me a bit as I expected a Body Code treatment that my brother had. I had tried hypnotherapy in the past with hardly any results.

Astuti was patient in explaining the process and why I needed it. There was something in her that made me intuitively trust her.

Throughout the hypnotherapy session, I was relaxed yet fully aware of what was happening. Emotions were running high, but I was given sufficient time and space to process them. There was a sense of relief immediately after the session, but little did I know the session would transform my life in a way I never imagined.

After I completed the full treatment, the negative emotions disappeared. I felt at ease with myself and, therefore, at ease with my dad. As my reactions towards his attitude changed, his attitude changed positively. Our relationship significantly improved – something I wouldn’t even dare to dream of in the past.

What I did not expect was I became a lot happier and kinder as a person. I enjoyed life and relationships more than I had ever. There were even a series of pleasant surprises financially.

It is fair to say that I have never been so at ease in life until the session with Astuti.

To me, it is a million-dollar feeling as now I have the confidence to face and embrace life. I feel free. I am making conscious efforts to live my life in ways that I know are worthwhile.

After the first hypnotherapy session, I continue to work on different aspects of my life with Astuti through Body Code sessions. The results have been astonishing, and I have grown even more committed to this journey.

I highly recommend Astuti for helping you be the best version of yourself.

I wish you a fulfilling journey with her.

May all of us be at peace,

Self Love – The path to thriving after domestic violence.

I noticed how tense my body was when I listened to Jyoti Sharma share with Julie and me what she experienced when she was in an abusive relationship filled with domestic violence.

I caught myself breathing short as she uttered her story. I immediately started to do EFT/Tapping on my hand. I did that many times throughout the recording of this episode.

I suggest you do the same. I demonstrated briefly how to do this at the beginning of the recording (video and audio) before we began our conversation. I was glad I did.

JJ (as Jyoti is known as) has always been a feisty woman. Ambitious and confident, she has always been driven to achieve what she wants to be and do.

How did it happen? How could someone as amazing as JJ experience this? How was the situation unfolded? How has she been rising since?

This is a truly inspirational story, and her journey continues. She is now in a place where she is healed enough to share. Julie and I feel so honoured that she chose us to host her through audio and video podcast in this courageous sharing.

JJ rebuilds herself  – living her life now free of fear and making choices daily from a safer space of love. She also went on to develop her own business that allowed her to support others (visit her website here) while overcoming the financial debt she was left in.

Sit with your tea or coffee and enjoy this amazing story – a story about how self-love is not only so powerful in healing such trauma but also helps us keep ourselves safe.

Please share this further with anyone you know who may benefit from this.

And please subscribe to both The Uplift My Life Today’s podcast and Youtube channels. It would be lovely to be connected with you there.

With love,
