The Journey Back To Myself

Years ago, Astuti and I crossed paths; a meeting for which I’m deeply grateful.
Over time, she has made a significant and positive impact on my life.

Growing up, I was often told I was not good enough, that I was worth nothing, that I was not doing enough.

My mother also reinforced this narrative publicly, sharing that version of me with others, turning my upbringing into a life experience I later had to unlearn.

These childhood wounds left behind triggers and holes affecting how I saw myself, how I allowed myself to be, and how I showed up in life.

Some concrete struggles I’ve worked through with Astuti include:
• making myself smaller (believing invisibility would protect me from judgment)
• difficulty saying no (due to fear of rejection)
• over-giving (hoping others would not feel what I once did)
• doing ‘too much’ (to prove my worth)
• over-explaining (seeking recognition just to live)
These are just a few examples of the deep patterns she helped me transform.

As a result, I now live from a place of inner peace and freedom.
I feel grounded in who I am, without needing external validation, no longer crossing my own boundaries or letting others define my choices or my life.

Working with Astuti is a journey because when core wounds are deeply rooted, healing takes time.
It unfolds in layers, with each one requiring integration before the next can open.
One step at a time.

To me, investing in yourself – and choosing to work with Astuti – is the best investment you can make.

You will not only feel whole and safe in who you are, you will also begin to witness life reflecting that wholeness back to you.
As within, so without.

Thank you, Astuti, for your love, patience, wisdom, and presence over the years.
You have truly helped me uplift my life.
